Your application will not be approved if you don't meet the application standards (see above). Applications are considered on a first come, first serve basis unless we receive multiple applications within 48 hours. In that case we will proceed with the strongest applicant first. The application fee of $30 is nonrefundable and includes the cost of a credit and background check. If your application is approved, you will have 48 hours to make a nonrefundable payment of $500. This will hold the property for you until a lease is signed and becomes part of your security deposit after lease signing.
